Delivery time: between 5 and 7 working days.

The conditions for delivery of goods ordered from our e-shop are valid only for delivery on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

The delivery of orders from the site is paid by the customer

The delivery price is not included in the price of the products. You need to provide an up-to-date contact telephone number. Upon acceptance of the shipment, the value of the order is paid by cash on delivery to the courier. Delivery is by courier from 9.00 to 18.00 on weekdays - Monday to Friday. On Saturday from 9.00 to 13.00. Deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

Order:

In order for the order to be formed and confirmed, the following steps need to be performed correctly:

- Selection of product (s) and addition to the basket;

- Indication of delivery address;

- Specifying a mobile or landline phone;

- Method of payment (payment by cash on delivery, through a virtual POS-terminal and others);

- The order has been accepted.

Delivery prices:

- Each order of products from the site / store, as well as its delivery is at the expense of the customer.

Way of delivery:

The goods ordered from our e-shop are delivered to all settlements on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria by a courier company.

- Our team asks you, after receiving your shipment, to check its contents to the courier, whether the integrity of the original packaging is preserved and whether the commercial appearance of the goods is not violated.

Delivery times:

Depending on the area in which your settlement falls, the delivery time depends on the delivery of the shipment to the courier service. Delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days depending on the type, availability of the product and the location indicated for delivery. We are not responsible for delays due to inaccurate delivery details and customer contact.
